Inkhorn Creative LLC is owned and operated by Abigail Keyes and Tim Rayborn and is based in Washington State, USA.

Booking details: when you schedule a discovery call through Calendly, your name, email, chosen time, time zone, and any answers to booking questions.

SMS communications: If you choose to opt in to text messages, we collect your phone number and information about your consent and communications with us.

We're based in the United States, and our service providers mainly store data in the US. If you're outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. Where EU or UK law applies, we rely on our providers' certification to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK Extension) or on Standard Contractual Clauses to protect those transfers.

Essential cookies set by Wix keep the site secure and working. They can't be switched off through our banner.

Analytics cookies (Wix Analytics and Google Analytics) help us see which pages are useful. For visitors in regions that require it, these load only after you accept them in our cookie banner.

No advertising cookies. We don't use advertising or retargeting pixels.
You can change your choice any time through the "Cookie settings" link on our site, or block cookies in your browser settings.
Do Not Track: Browsers' "Do Not Track" signals don't have a common standard, so our site doesn't respond to them. We don't track you across other websites.

8. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
If you're in the EU, UK, or another place with similar laws, you also have the right to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it).
To make a request, email info@inkhorncreative.com. We'll respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
9. Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy when our practices or the law change and revise the effective date at the top. If we make a significant change, we'll post a notice on our site.
